Pattern Shift Session

A focused 60-minute one-to-one session to change one specific repeating pattern at its source.

If you’ve been trying to change a particular recurring pattern in yourself or your life, but you still find yourself reacting in the same ways - overthinking, shutting down, people-pleasing, or feeling triggered despite insight - this session offers a different way to work with the pattern at its source.

What this session is (and isn’t)

This is a private 60-minute one-to-one session focused on changing one clearly defined internal pattern that’s been driving your reactions, decisions, or behavior.

This is not a general coaching or advice session, and it’s not designed to cover multiple issues at once.

 This session is a good fit if you want to change one pattern like:

 

• overthinking or second-guessing
  
• fear of being judged or getting things wrong

• procrastination or avoidance
  
• people-pleasing or difficulty setting boundaries
 

• emotional reactions that feel larger than the situation
  
• anxiety around taking action 
 
• repeating the same money or relationship loop
 

Many clients come to us after therapy, coaching, or years of personal growth, when insight alone hasn’t fully changed the pattern.

What happens in the session

1. We clarify the one pattern you want to change  


2. We work directly with how that pattern is currently operating  


3. The brain updates the underlying reference driving it, so it no longer runs in the same way afterwards
